SONRTC 2014 : Making an Impact to Navigate the Future
Our goal is to continue to build connections, create a venue for knowledge sharing, and to foster a sense of community for Nursing Resource Team (NRT) nurses.
The Inaugural Southern Ontario Nursing Resource Team Conference focused on celebrating the successes, recognizing common strengths, exploring solutions to challenges, and discussing possibilities. Last year’s focus was to provide tools and resources for “staying afloat”.
Using these themes as a foundation, this year our focus will be how we are "Making an Impact to Navigate the Future” as Nursing Resource Teams are here to stay.
